Somatic Bodywork includes the focus of body based learning. This is a hands on healing modality that involves the use of breath, touch, and awareness using voice and choice. A somatic approach to balance sexual wellness addresses the mind, body, spirit, and pleasure. Somatic Bodywork teaches trauma informed touch and embodied pleasure.
I specialize in working with those who have experienced traumatic imprints, disabilities, mental health, those looking to explore sexuality, and scar tissue remediation. I welcome and invite all individuals of all backgrounds, race, identity, gender, etc.
