A somatic approach to balance sexual wellness with connection to the mind, body, spirit, and pleasure. Somatic Se Education teaches trauma informed touch and embodied pleasure.
This body based approach is used to relate and connect to the authentic nature that already exists in each individual. It's to honor and hold space for the layers of traumatic imprints that the body tends to hide, to restore, and experience pleasure on all levels, physical, emotional, sensual/sexual, and spiritual.

Establishing boundaries and obtaining consent are important practices for creating a safe and respectful environment in various relationships and interactions. Somatic practices help individuals become more attuned to their own bodily sensations and signals, allowing them to better understand and articulate their boundaries. This heightened awareness can help people recognize and communicate their own limits more effectively and empower a stronger connection one's body and inner wisdom. This can empower individuals to trust their instincts and intuition when it comes to setting and enforcing boundaries.
Somatic body de-armoring is a practice that involves releasing tensions and stagnant emotions within the body through gentle physical touch, movement and guided breathwork. This will allow for a deeper level of connection and emotional release. Individuals can explore and release stagnate emotions in a safe and supportive environment. These sessions can help individuals release trauma, process pain, improve body awareness and so much more.
Body pleasure mapping is a practice that involves exploring and becoming more aware of your body's pleasure points/areas and sensations. By intentionally focusing on different areas of your body, you can learn about what feels good, what doesn't, understanding boundaries, the importance of communication and how to enhance your pleasure. It can be a means of self discovery, self care, and improving overall well being.
This is for those with scar tissue who have experienced trauma related, surgery related, birth related, physical, emotional, pain in their body. Especially in the pelvic region. Scar tissue in the pelvic region can affect arousal, be painful and for some be difficult with intercourse. When scar tissue goes unaddressed it can cause pain, numbness and discomfort. Scars hold many stories and often go unprocessed. This is a space for holding, releasing, to empower and restore sensations.
As a mother of 6 beautiful children, all vaginal deliveries, I am experienced and have lots of somatic practice awareness to be able to offer support in this area of concentration. Somatic practices can support the birthing process by helping pregnant individuals develop a deep connection of their body sensations, to allow for better managed contractions, navigate different positions, and respond to needs during labor. This includes focusing on pleasure, movement, breathwork, along with support prior and after birth. There is also an option to include Tantric yoga movement practices for strengthening the pelvic floor muscles.
Here individuals are welcome to explore all the curiosities and desires in a supportive new safe way. It it often easier to explore with guidance in a closed container than it is to to the same with a partner(s) or even in a group workshop setting. I have years of experience in working with folks using a variety of modalities and somatic practices like, mapping sensations, body pleasure mapping, working with toys and interesting textures, conscious consent and boundaries, exploring kinky sexuality, dismantling shame, feeling safe in the body, and so much more.
Experiencing enhanced intimacy and connection is one of the many benefits of learning sensual massage for individuals and partner(s). Improved communication with learning how to give and receive sensual touch can improve communication skills and help understand desires and boundaries. Exploring increased pleasure with sensual massage techniques can enhance physical pleasure and invite curiosities.
