Welcome To Learning More About Who I am

I'm a Chicana born and raised on the land of the Chochenyo speaking Lisjan, Muwekma Ohlone peoples also known as Oakland, CA. My culture is from Mexico, land of the Purepecha Indigenous peoples also known as Uruapan, Michoacán . I'm a loving mother of 6 beautiful children. I feel proud of my accomplishments in life. I love myself and I love what I do.

My educational accomplishments include Board Certified Trauma Informed Authentic Tantric® Practitioner (lineage based), American Board Certified Sexologist, Certified Therapeutic Art Life Coach, majored in Business Administration Management, as well as studies in dance, art, alternative medicine somatic healing body work, BDSM/Kink and additional studies in Transformative Justice, Decolonizing work,  Tibetan Medicine, Curanderismo and provisional student of the Institute for the Study of Somatic Sex Education.

For me, becoming certified in the field of tantra and sexology was not something I had planned. As a sexual abuse survivor and coming from a lineage of generational trauma unraveled my life's path into a profound search of healing transformation. It was then that I was gifted and  welcomed into my Tantric medicine pathway to ignite self love and heal myself for balanced wellness.

It wasn't until I learned how to fully embody these Authentic Tantric® practices that I truly came to inhabit every part of myself and who I am. I slowly started to find my way back to "me". As layers of trauma, shame, fear, and pain began to shed away. I could begin to feel all of my life's pleasures slowly return with such bliss, gratitude and power. 

I bring my own experiences as well as working with others who have experienced trauma to share, grow, awaken and heal others. Many of us have obscurations that can block and get in the way from being able to embrace our happiness, our self love and our power to experience all pleasures. I'm grateful and honored to be able to share all about how Authentic Tantra® has worked for me and how it can work for you as well. My intention is to help you shed away the blocks that are in the way of your true self. I’m here to provide guidance and coaching to become balanced and awakened in the body, mind, spirit and sex. 

This knowledge was truly gifted to me and I intend to share it with the world. I have faced the darkest aspects of myself and I have faced the most blissful enlightenment. I accept and love it all. It is from a place of self love that we can expand. The release of fears and embracement of beauty within us all is such an accomplishment. Freedom from all suffering!

I specialize in working with those who have experienced any form of trauma, disabilities, mental health, and those looking to explore sexuality. I welcome and invite all individuals of any background, race, or gender.
