When therapeutic art is used in combination with practices from Authentic Tantra® (please refer to the About Authentic Tantra® page) provides exercises that can help to explore the deepest layers of exploration and wisdom. These exercises can include ancient art designs such as mandalas, vision boards, journaling and erotic art in combination with expanding on some of the 4 pillars of Authentic Tantra®; meditation, movement, connection and pleasure used as a form of expressive creative art.

Many times when individuals are engaged in any counseling session for Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, etc. Weather in traditional counseling or Tantra coaching small images, symbols, moments that we can't remember appear. It's helpful to be able to expand and explore these instances further when they occur.
